Brumano advertises “Fast Customer Support” — and that’s true, right up until you place an order. After that, the responsiveness vanishes, and suddenly you’re hit with fine print that was never mentioned upfront.
Before placing my order, I explicitly confirmed with Brumano that I could exchange sizes if needed. But after receiving the items and realizing the fit was off, I contacted them immediately — it’s been three days and I’ve yet to receive a satisfactory response.
To make matters worse, Brumano refuses to even hold the correct size for me — despite the fact that I’ve already placed an order. If it sells out in the meantime, that’s apparently not their concern. The best they can offer? A voucher for a store that mostly sells synthetic-blend pants (no, thank you).
Lesson learned: be cautious. Their customer service ends the moment the sale is made. Read the fine print — because they'll definitely enforce it, whether or not it was shared with you beforehand.
