We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packaging and tags for an exchange or a return.

Online Purchases (shopbrumano.com)

  • You can exchange or return an article within 30 days of delivery, provided you present the original invoice.
  • Online purchases can also be exchanged at any Brumano store within the same 30-day period, with the original invoice.
  • Socks are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items discounted 50% or more are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Altered garments are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Articles purchased during a sale are not eligible for a cash refund. Items discounted less than 50% may be exchanged.

In-Store Purchases

  • You can exchange an article within 14 days of purchase, provided you present the original receipt.
  • Items discounted 50% or more are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Altered garments are not eligible for exchange or return.

How to Return or Exchange an Online Order

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Email cs@shopbrumano.com or WhatsApp +92-343-3350555 with your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
  2. Get confirmation. Our customer support team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Courier the item (unused, unwashed, with original packaging, tags, and invoice) to:

    Courier charges for domestic returns are borne by the customer.
  4. Receive your exchange or refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement is dispatched or your refund is processed within 96 hours.

Refunds

  • All refunds are processed via IBFT (Inter Bank Funds Transfer) within 96 hours of receiving the returned product.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are transferred via IBFT to the bank account you provide.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

Returns

We do not accept returns on orders shipped internationally. However, if an item is wrongly delivered in terms of size or colour, we will refund the item amount, or you may apply the value as free shipping on your next order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on international orders. Delivery charges for both directions are borne by the customer.

All refunds are sent via IBFT bank transfer within 96 working hours of us receiving your returned item. For COD orders, the refund is sent to the bank account you provide.

Who pays for return shipping within Pakistan?
Courier charges for domestic returns are borne by the customer.

Do you accept returns on international orders?
No — international orders are eligible for exchange only, with delivery charges both ways borne by the customer. Wrongly delivered items (size/colour) are refunded for the item amount.
