For Online Purchase:

• Customers can exchange an article within 30 days, provided they present the original invoices.
• Customer can exchange an article from physical store within 30 days of return period. Original invoice must be shown for exchange of article
• Socks are not applicable for return due to hygiene reasons.
• 50% and above articles are not applicable for return/exchange.
• Alteration of apparels are not applicable for return/exchange.
• Merchandise must be exchanged or returned with the original invoice.
• For orders Rs 25000 or exceeding, prepayment is required.
• The articles purchased during sale are not eligible for refund.

For In-Store Purchase:

• Customers can exchange an article within 14 days, provided they present the original invoices
• Any articles that is 50% or more discounted is not eligible for exchange or return.
