DELIVERY TIME:
It takes one working day to process your order. All orders received before 4:30 PM on a working day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4:30 PM are processed and dispatched the next day.
In case an order is placed on Sunday or on a holiday; the order will be processed on the next working day.
All orders will be processed after phone verification from the customer.
SHIPPING PARTNER:
All orders are dispatched via TCS or LEOPARD and tracking number is provided to customer once the order is shipped.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment through Credit Card, Online Banking & Cash On Delivery.
Flat Rate of Rs 199 will be applied in the total amount of the order.
Shipping charges will be free if the order value exceeded Rs 3500.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We offer international delivery all over the world. International Delivery via DHL and calculated at checkout page.
International Orders are shipped after verification of payment.
DHL Tracking is provided after shipment is made. If you have any shipment instructions, please mention in the notes or contact the customer support with your query.
We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packing and tags of your purchase for an exchange or a return.
For Online Purchase:
- Customers can exchange an article within 30 days, provided they present the original invoices.
- Customer can exchange an article from physical store within 30 days of return period. Original invoice must be shown for exchange of article
- Socks are not applicable for return due to hygiene reasons.
- 50% and above articles are not applicable for return/exchange.
- Alteration of apparels are not applicable for return/exchange.
- Merchandise must be exchanged or returned with the original invoice.
- For orders Rs 25000 or exceeding, prepayment is required.
- The articles purchased during sale are not eligible for refund.
For In-Store Purchase:
- Customers can exchange an article within 14 days, provided they present the original invoices
- Any articles that is 50% or more discounted is not eligible for exchange or return.
- Original receipt must be shown for exchange of article.
International Orders Return
Unfortunately we do not accept return for orders shipped internationally but items that have been wrongfully delivered in terms of size or colour will be refunded for the items amount or the customer can apply for free shipping for the next order. There will be no refund on shipping charges.

International Orders Exchange
We do accept exchange on international orders, however, delivery charges for both sides to be born by the customer.
All refunds are done via IBFT (Inter Bank Funds Transfer) within 96 hours of receiving the product.
All Shipping charges for international will be calculated at checkout. Delivery timeline for international orders is 8 - 15 working days.
Cash on Delivery(COD) on International orders is not available. International orders will only be shipped after pre-payment verification is done.
All International Orders are non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

All customs and VAT charges will be paid by the customers for all international orders, where applicable. (Further, we would like to inform our international customers that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities).
If the Parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. Fiona is not liable to refund the amount for non-clearance of the Parcel.
