It takes one working day to process your order. All orders received before 4:30 PM on a working day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4:30 PM are processed and dispatched the next day.
In case an order is placed on Sunday or on a holiday; the order will be processed on the next working day.
All orders will be processed after phone verification from the customer.
SHIPPING PARTNER:
All orders are dispatched via TCS or LEOPARD and trackingĀ number is provided to customer once the order is shipped.
PAYMENT:
We accept payment through Credit Card, Online Banking & Cash On Delivery.
Flat Rate of Rs 199 will be applied in the total amount of the order.
Shipping charges will be free if the order value exceeded Rs 3500.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We offer international delivery all over the world. International DeliveryĀ via DHL and calculated at checkout page.
International Orders are shipped after verification of payment.
DHL Tracking is provided after shipment is made. If you have any shipment instructions, please mention in the notes or contact the customer support with your query.
We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with original packaging and tags for an exchange or a return.

How to Return or Exchange an Online Order

Courier charges for domestic returns are borne by the customer. - Receive your exchange or refund. Once we receive and inspect the item, your replacement is dispatched or your refund is processed within 96 hours.
Refunds
- All refunds are processed via IBFT (Inter Bank Funds Transfer) within 96 hours of receiving the returned product.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are transferred via IBFT to the bank account you provide.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Returns
We do not accept returns on orders shipped internationally. However, if an item is wrongly delivered in terms of size or colour, we will refund the item amount, or you may apply the value as free shipping on your next order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on international orders. Delivery charges for both directions are borne by the customer.

Do you accept returns on international orders?
No ā international orders are eligible for exchange only, with delivery charges both ways borne by the customer. Wrongly delivered items (size/colour) are refunded for the item amount.
All Shipping charges for international will be calculated at checkout. Delivery timeline for international orders is 8 - 15 working days.
Cash on Delivery(COD) on International orders is not available. International orders will only be shipped after pre-payment verification is done.
All International Orders are non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

If the Parcel is on hold by the Customs department of the shipping country, the customer is liable to provide all relevant and required documentation to the authorities. Fiona is not liable to refund the amount for non-clearance of the Parcel.
