Over priced. Color darker than picture, Size is below 42 Euro & fabric is just ordinary

Just received my order today.
Shipment time is justified (2-3 days). Packaging was not good (even normal plastic wrap was not in place). Color is darker than shown in picture (maybe because of flash photography used for website).
Size is the real issue, as it won't fit above Euro 42 (picture attached). On website it offers one size, without showing size chart, which is a non-professional approach. They should take customer in confidence over size limitations. Fabric surface is not soft (maybe due to storage without plastic wrapping). Unsatisfied customer, giving a three-star rating. Size issue shown in picture (in comparison with standard 41-43 size). Since product was availed on 10% discount, return policy is not applicable.
